Pat has 23 years in the plastic business. After graduation in 1983 from the Ohio State University he went to work in Florida for AVI and Ashland Chemical.
In 1988, Pat returned to Marietta, Ohio and became co-founder of American Resin Corporation.
He purchased the company in 1994 and changed the name to ARC Resin Corp.
Pat lives in Daytona, Florida with his wife Tracy and his son Noah. His daughter Tiffany is now a Registered Nurse in Roanoke, VA and his son Matthew is attending High Point University.

Mike began his employment with ARC Resin in March of 1997. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, he worked for State Farm insurance for one year before joining the ARC Resin team.
His duties include sales manager, as well as supervising purchasing and maintaining close relationships with ARC’s suppliers.
Mike and his wife Tracy, reside in Lexington, KY with their son Devin and daughter Kaylin. Mike enjoys playing golf in his free time and watching college football and basketball.

Mark joined ARC Resin in May of 1998. Mark began his endeavor with ARC during his stay at Eastern Kentucky University, where he was pursuing his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. During his two-year internship, Mark developed a very close relationship with his customers in Kentucky. After graduation, he grew his territory into Indiana and Ohio. Today his territory also includes some Midwestern and Western States.
Mark is originally from Marietta, Ohio. He enjoys golfing, fishing and Kentucky Wildcats Basketball. Mark, his wife, Jennifer, his son, Raymond and his daughters, Emily and Kirsten reside in Lexington, Kentucky.

Mike joined the ARC Resin sales team in January 1996 after graduating from The Ohio State University.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. Mike resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife Dawn, daughter Sydney and sons Myles and Lou.

Kristen joined ARC Resin in June of 2004. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Communications as well as completing a sales internship.
Kristen resides in Wilmington, Delaware. She loves to attend Phillies’ games and still watches the Kentucky Wildcats as much as possible. Kristen loves to travel to NYC and see Broadway shows! She also enjoys shopping and hanging out with friends and family.

Joe is a native of Marietta, OH and has over 25 years of experience in the plastics business.
After graduation in 1984 from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Marketing and BBA in Management, he began his plastics career selling color concentrates. He spent the bulk of his career in the commodity resin business with Lyondell Chemicals, LP.
In Atlanta, GA for the past 21 years, he has ingrained himself in the Southeastern plastics community with his business contacts and volunteer work such as serving as the President of the SPE Southern Section.
Joe enjoys playing tennis, golf, and leading an Extreme group for his daughter at the YMCA. He also is an active member at North Point Community Church where he is an Xtreme Leader for seventh graders.
He lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife Michelle and daughter Madison.

Shari Mallett joined the ARC Resin team in July of 2006. Shari brings with her over 20 years of business and manufacturing experience. Her professional career has had her responsible for many facets of production, purchasing, scheduling, logistics, and sales. Shari resides in the Ohio Valley with her husband and two sons. She prioritizes family first, with her career a close second.

Since 1994 Barbara has worked part-time taking care of the payroll for ARC Resin. In 2000, she became a full time employee responsible for accounts payable and payroll. Barbara received her financial education from Washington State Community College.
Barbara spends her spare time with a good book. Barbara loves to be in her Marietta, Ohio home with her seven cats.

Logan Stanley became a part of the ARC Resin Team in February of 2007. Logan comes to ARC with extensive customer service experience. She prides herself in making the customer #1, going above and beyond, to make certain that our customers are taken care of. Logan is a very valuable member of ARC.
Logan resides in Marietta, Ohio with her husband Bart, daughter Trista and son Levi. Logan loves to spend time with her family. When she finds any spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, scrap booking, cooking and of course, shopping.

Patti has been working part-time for ARC Resin since October 1992. In that time, her responsibilities have included, working as a secretary to the account managers, answering phones, working in the traffic department, working as a backup for customer service and accounts payable. Patti now works full time in Customer Service and Credit.
Patti enjoys watching her boys play basketball & soccer, shopping, snow skiing, camping, walking, and yoga. She lives in Lowell, Ohio with her husband, Kim, and two sons, Keith and Kyle, and dog Maggie.

Allen has been with ARC Resin since 1987. During this time he has provided in house computer support and has served as warehouse and transportation leader for ARC Resin Corporation. Allen was honored by his co-workers in 2000 and 2004 by being selected as Employee of the Year.
During his spare time, Allen flies model airplanes, serves as club flight instructor for all new members, and is an avid fisherman. Allen also enjoys spending time with his granddaughters.
Allen resides in Devola, Ohio with his wife Lorie and their dog, Toby.
During this time, her responsibilities have included customer service and logistics. Jenny brings with her 8 years of shipping and business experience. She is a graduate of Washington State Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management.
Jenny resides in Marietta, Ohio with Nathan Becker and her son Gavin. In her spare time she enjoys watching her son race go-carts, play football, baseball, basketball and soccer. She also enjoys snow boarding, watching college football and spending time with family and friends.

Between two GE positions, Fran worked 12 years for Ethyl Molded Products which was a custom and proprietary molder. Understanding the challenges of being a molder in today’s market allowed Fran to better serve the needs of the manufacturing community. His experience in the thermoplastics industry has helped his clients solve problems and grow their business.
“I am pleased to be working with ARC because of its commitment to customer service and its full range of competitive engineering materials that bring our customers real value,” says Fran when asked about joining the ARC team.
In addition, Fran was very active promoting education in the plastics industry in both Florida chapters of the Society of Plastics Engineers.
Fran and his wife Barbara are currently living in Texas. They have three grown children. Fran’s interests include fishing, golfing and reading.
